Shipping policy

Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing prior to shipping. This means your order will ship in approximately 1-1.5 weeks after you place your order. Please do not place an order if this does not suit you. 

Once shipped out, delivery will take about 1-5 days depending on your location.

We currently only offer shipping within Australia. While we are working to provide shipping options for our international customers, we apologise for any inconveniences.

Due to a high influx of orders, we are unable to offer expedited processing at this time. All orders are processed in the order in which they come in.

We offer free shipping Australia wide on orders over AU $150. 

All customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are sent to the wrong address due to an incorrect address you provided.
