RETURNS

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges due to 'change of mind' or if you do not like the fragrance or product.

We always recommend testing the fragrance with one of our Perfume Samples to make sure you like the scent before purchasing a full size product.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please send us an image of the damage, your order number and a short description to hello@dulshe.com and we will assist you further.

Please note that any original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
